This place suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi, a 24-hour reception, and a cozy bar/lounge area. The staff once helped with a morning wake-up call, which I appreciated. I highly recommend it and will return for Xmas.

Nicely decorated and quirky place, it has amazingly efficient stuff on night shift. The location is unbeatable and fab, short walk to train station as well as residential bays. And its by River Great Ouse. Every time in Bedford we stay in this hotel.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Decor is traditional and charming. Sitting in the reception area and the comfortable lounge gives one a real feel for the Bedford tradition. English breakfast was very good.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff were quick and efficient. The whole process was very smooth.

The blinds in the bedroom didn't shut fully, there was aplastic bag attached to the ceiling for some reason.
